Chief Executive Officer: Steven J. Greenbaum, CFE
Since January 2019, Steven Greenbaum has served as CEO of Best Life Brands. Prior to the creation of Best Life Brands, he served as CEO of ComForCare Health Care Holdings. Before joining ComForCare, Steve was the CEO and founder of PostNet International Franchise Corporation. Under Steve’s leadership, PostNet developed over 660 franchises in the United States and in 10 countries. Steve was honored with the International Franchise Association’s (IFA) Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2003 and the Gary Rockwell Award for Excellence in Franchise Development in 2004. Steve also served as Chairman of the IFA’s Education Foundation in 2005 and Chairman of the Board in 2008 and has been featured on CBS’s Undercover Boss and Undercover Employee.
Chief Operating Officer: Sean Kajcienski
Sean Kajcienski serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of the parent company, Best Life Brands, LLC. As COO/CRO, Sean is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the franchised brands ComForCare, At Your Side, and Care Patrol, as well as managing those brands’ sources of revenue. Prior to joining Best Life Brands, Sean led sales and operations as DVP of Sears Home Improvement Products from 2018-2019, and as COO and CSO of Coverall North America, Inc. a commercial cleaning franchise company from 2011-2017. Sean led sales and marketing at the health care firm, NextMed in Tucson, Arizona, from 2010-2011. Prior to that, Sean spent 8 years at Culligan International in sales, operations and marketing leadership roles.
Chief Financial Officer: Hank Gretzinger
Since February 2019, Hank Gretzinger has served as the Chief Financial Officer of ComForCare Franchise Systems, LLC as well as the Chief Financial Officer of our parent company, Best Life Brands, LLC. Hank is responsible for the financial strategy and infrastructure of Best Life Brands, as well as ensuring proper reporting and analysis of financial results. Prior to joining Best Life Brands, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Biotronic NeuroNetwork. Hank, a U.S. Navy veteran, brings over 20 years of financial experience in the medical services and medical device manufacturing industry, including time spent at Nuvasive Clinical Services, General Scientific Corporation, Bard Urological, and Advanced Technology Laboratories.
VP of Franchise Development: Tom Parks
Tom Parks is responsible for all aspects of franchise development for ComForCare and CarePatrol franchises both domestically and internationally. Prior to joining the company in March 2019, Tom was the co-founder of Premier Franchise Solutions, helping future business owners navigate the franchise sales and development space. He also spent 10+ years in business development and account management across a variety of industries.
Director of Operations: Branden Worback
Branden Worback is responsible for field support and new franchisee training. He has 17 years of experience in home-based care in the areas of sales and operations that include private duty nursing, non-medical home care, skilled home health, visiting physicians and care homes. His experience with ComForCare has evolved over the past 11 years from that of Franchise Development and Training to Franchise Business Consultant and Training to now overseeing Field Support and Training in the Director of Operations role. With firsthand experience in recruitment, scheduling, management and relationship-based sales in health care, he has been a major contributor to the evolution of ComForCare’s best practices.
Director of Marketing: Janice Pollard
Since January 2019, Janice Pollard has served as the Director of Marketing of ComForCare Franchise Systems, LLC. Janice is responsible for the brand stewardship and development across the Best Life Brands portfolio, providing marketing guidance and expertise to enable owners to grow their business using industry best practices. Janice spent 14 years with HelloWorld, Inc., a digital engagement marketing agency working with world-class consumer brands such as Starbucks, Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, Samsung, Anheuser-Busch and Royal Caribbean.
Training Manager: Jackie Bieber
Jackie Bieber joined the Operations team as the Training Manager in January 2019. Jackie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from EMU, and a Master of Science degree in Adult Education from Walden University. She has more than 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and conducting custom training programs for many industries, including healthcare and lines of business in a franchise model.
Jackie’s team works directly with franchise owners in using the Learning Management System, Applicant Tracking System, Opener Training, and New Office Training. Her team also proactively assists owners with ongoing training and development opportunities, and consistently receives positive feedback on ComForCare’s thoughtful and systematic training plan.
