ComForCare has built an extraordinary team of experienced franchise-operations professionals to partner with franchise owners as they build and grow their businesses.
Chief Executive Officer: Steven J. Greenbaum, CFE
Steve Greenbaum was named the CEO of ComForCare Health Care Holdings LLC in October 2017. Prior to that, he was the co-founder, director and CEO of PostNet International Franchise Corporation. Under Steve’s leadership, PostNet developed more than 660 franchises in the United States and in 10 countries internationally. Greenbaum received the International Franchise Association (IFA) Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2003 and the Gary Rockwell Award for Excellence in Franchise Development in 2004. He served as chairman of the IFA’s Education Foundation in 2005 and chairman of the board in 2008 and has been featured in two episodes of CBS’ Undercover Boss.
Vice President of Franchise Development: Philip LeBlanc
Philip LeBlanc is responsible for all aspects of domestic and international franchise development. He has 23 years of experience, and his career highlights include the following positions: Vice President of Franchise Development for Allegra Network LLC, where he was responsible for the franchise development of a number of Allegra brands, including Allegra Print & Imaging and Signs Now. His efforts included a focus on new, resale and expansion franchises, as well as mergers and acquisitions for franchise members.
Chief Financial Officer: Rashi Gupta
Rashi Gupta is responsible for preparing and maintaining regular financial planning reports, as well as providing a complete analysis of financial results. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has more than 10 years’ experience at regional CPA firms. Some of her other responsibilities include the development and monitoring of budgets; coordinating the annual audit and proper filing of tax returns, and overseeing the accounting department.
Brand Integrator: Rebecca Bouchard
Rebecca Bouchard is responsible for ensuring that affiliated franchised brands properly align with the ComForCare operating platform. She has more than 15 years’ experience working in the fields of human resources and human services and working with people of diverse backgrounds and areas such as recruitment, employee relations, employment law and corporate compliance programs such as HIPAA, ADA and FMLA. Her duties include support and training for franchisees with respect to scheduling, human resources, daily business operations and the related components of the operational software.
In-House Counsel: Stephen Greenwald
Stephen D. Greenwald, Esq., is responsible for ensuring that new and existing offices comply with all state and federal licensing and compliance requirements. In addition, he is responsible for office lease reviews, office organization and strategy, and preferred vendor introductions. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan in addition to serving as an advisor to AClaiman Inc., a risk-management software solution company and a vendor for ComForCare.
Director of Operations: Branden Worback
Branden Worback is responsible for franchise support in the areas of operations and sales, overseeing ComForCare’s new franchise training program, and the hiring and training of franchise business consultants and the development of best practices.
Executive Director of Marketing: Affaf Arabbo
Affaf Arabbo is responsible for brand management, public relations, marketing, advertising and social media strategy, planning, tracking, execution and measurement. With this in mind, she manages the marketing team to provide the infrastructure, vendor partners, tools and coaching needed to support owners in activating local marketing while maintaining brand alignment to optimize the ComForCare brand share of voice and consumer preference in franchise markets.
